Spare parts and consumable parts inventory

The warehouse has sufficient spare parts and common wearing parts, whenever any equipment is damaged, parts can be replaced in time. At the most preferential price to provide customers with superior performance and technology compatible spare parts and commonly used wearing parts.

Fast and timely service response time

During warranty period, if equipment failure occurred, qualified technical personnel will arrive in 2 hours after receiving notice from client, and 1 hour under emergency condition. Problem should be solved in the fastest time, if problem can’t be fixed on site, then a backup machine will be provided for the customer until problem is fixed, to make sure there’s no impact to customer’s cleaning works.

Specialized after-sales service personnel

Cleanwill has set up offices and strategic cooperative dealers all over the country to provide customers with specialized after-sales service personnel and one-to-one technical services to solve customers' equipment problems at any time.

Free technical training

We will provide customers with further technical training services if there’s any technical upgrading or other reasons.

Technical training will be provided free of charge whenever there’s problem caused by the change of the customer's operator.

After-sales service

At the year from the date the products are sold , any defective parts caused by material and production process can be repaired or replaced freely from us or our distributors .
